The “Lobstah” Roll

Description

The infamous Maine “Lobstah” roll from Rachel’s Hut right on the Boston pier. Fresh main lobster tossed in house old bay seasoning, hand made mayo, and a dash of Rachel’s secret lobster sauce makes this roll hard to beat. Served on a toasted potato roll with truffle parmesan house fried kettle chips. A pad of hand whipped herbed butter comes along to be melted and served as dipping sauce.
